In a decision dated 17 June 2025, the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) granted HFB Engineering GmbH recognition as a monitoring and certification body (reference number SAC05) for construction products in accordance with the standard now relevant for building control for prefabricated wall, ceiling and roof elements in accordance with DIN 1052-11.
This concerns HFB’s activities as a monitoring and certification body for
- single-sided closed, non-glued wood panel elements (type M1C)
- double-sided closed, non-glued wood panel elements (type M2).
